64 bit operating systems are built for high specs machines. Windows 10's 32-bit version can only utilize 3.2 GB of ram smoothly so if you want to run Windows 10 on a high specification machine, you should go for 64-bit version. Windows 64 bit can handle up to 1 Tb ram and so why you need more ram to do some tasks which are done smoothly with less ram in Windows' 32-bit version.
Reason behind most of the Geeks prefer to choose 64 bit are very important for normal users too. Some of them are less chances of virus infections, drives must be signed and high accuracy with high specification machines.

Note :- There is no such way to switch from 32 bit to 64 bit versions expect clean install.

• Now burn the ISO file to USB.
• Now choose the language, version you want to install and follow the further steps.

There is no proper way to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit or reverse it. You will need to do a clean install for it.
